Khanna Enterprises Hotel management Team Khanna Enterprises began in 1989 by Ravi Khanna with the acquisition of a small property in Lompoc, CA.Subsequently in the early 1990s, Khanna acquired two more properties: The Comfort Suites-John Wayne Airport in California and the Daytona Beach Ocean Sands Hotel in Florida. During the 1990s, the Khanna Brothers, Raj, Ash & Anil, joined Ravi to help expand Khanna Enterprises in the U.S. Now, Khanna Enterprises consists of 8 Upscale Hotels spanning the U.S and U.K.
Ravi Khanna - President
Ravi is the Founder of Khanna Enterprises. Ravi is responsible for the overall Strategy of the Company, Business Development, Franchise relationships, and all major investment decisions for the company. He also oversees the entire Operational and Financial performance of the Company.
Ravi spent his entire career in the Hospitality Industry starting out as an owner/operator of a single asset until today with eight major assets under management in both the United States and United Kingdom. Ravi received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Law from Manchester University in England. Ravi's other interests include Sports, Travel and Music.
Raj Khanna - SENIOR VP OF FINANCE
Raj is responsible for attaining Khanna's Financial Goals including Financial Planning and Reporting, Financing arrangement, Banking relationships and Cash Management. He is also ultimately responsible for the P&L accountability for Khanna's portfolio.
Raj has over 20 years of diversified industry experience in both Corporate and Field responsibilities. Raj received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Nottingham University in England.
Ash Khanna - SENIOR VP OF OPERATIONS
Ash is responsible for overseeing the entire Operation of Khanna's portfolio in the United States. His Responsibilities include Budgeting, Financial Review, Brand compliance, Guest Service experience and Employee Development and Management.
Ash has spent his entire 20-year career with the company. Ash received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Manchester University in England.
Josh Friedman - Vice President of Operations
Josh Friedman has been working with Khanna Enterprises over the last decade. Josh started his hotel management career in 1987. Over the last 30 years Josh has held various operational management and property executive positions with ITT Sheraton, Starwood, Marriott and Accor. Josh holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with a minor in Finance from The University of Texas.
Brad Ross - VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES AND MARKETING
Brad oversees Sales and Marketing strategies for Khanna Enterprises. He joined the Company in 2008 with over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry. Brad has experience with multiple Brands, working with Hilton, IHG, Biltmore, and Embassy Suites.
Brad earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from San Jose State University.
Steve J. Hollon - Regional Director of Revenue Management
Steve has worked with Khanna Enterprises since 2005. Prior to his time with Khanna, Steve worked with La Quinta Inns as a National Sales and Marketing Manager. Serving in both a Sales and Revenue Management capacity since joining Khanna, Steve now resides as our Regional Director of Revenue Management.
Steve received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
Ed Mendoza - Corporate Systems Analyst
Corporate Controller at Khanna Enterprises. Began with Khanna Enterprises Oct 2004 as a relief night auditor and climbed through the ranks. Ed is an example of Khanna Enterprises' philosophy of promoting from within.
His responsibilities include daily auditing, financial reporting, payroll, purchasing, technology, and collections.
Yvonne Liu - Corporate Accounting Manager
Yvonne has been with Khanna Enterprises since 2014. She holds over 15 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, occupying various titles in Operations, Accounting, Sales and Revenue Management.
Yvonne's extensive hospitality knowledge allows her to successfully oversee daily Income auditing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and bank reconciliation at the corporate level.
Kim Cartaino - Sales and Marketing Consultant
Kim is responsible for overseeing Sales and Marketing for the Southern California portfolio. Kim brings over 25 years of experience in all aspects of Hospitality Management, Operations and Sales and Marketing with focus on revenue production and client retention for large suburban properties. Prior to joining Khanna 3 years ago, Kim spent the first 8 years of her career with Marriott Corporation, then continued with the brand holding numerous Sales and Operational positions with franchise partners within Interstate Hotels, Sunstone and Tishman Hotel Corp. She also has independent Hotel background and was the General Manager of a boutique airport property.
Jessada Sornduang - CPA
Jessada has been with Khanna Enterprises since 2015, overseeing accounting operations at multiple properties. He began his career within the Hospitality Industry in 2007, working in the accounting offices of the Renaissance Agoura Hills. After receiving his MBA in Marketing from Cal State Los Angeles, Jessada obtained a Certification in Accounting from UCLA in 2011.
Amanda Taft - PAYROLL AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
Amanda manages all Payroll and Human Resource functions for Khanna Enterprises, including law compliance and community relations. Amanda has been with the company for over 11 years.
