At Khanna Enterprises, we pride ourselves in our strength of Operational Management and Platforms. We are closely involved with all of our Assets daily including mastering the Guest Service experience, Profitability, Sales, Revenue Management, Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Employee Relations. Khanna Enterprises utilizes many proprietary Tools and Control measures to ensure maximum profitability, increased Productivity, and total Management Accountability. Revenue Management
At Khanna Enterprises, we utilize many of the latest pricing and non-pricing yield management tools as instruments to maximize our revenues. Working closely with our various brand Revenue Management specialists we strive to ensure that we are allocating the right capacity to the right customer at the right price at the right time.
Sales & Marketing
Our Sales and Marketing team produces successful results through traditional sales and marketing practices, as well as state-of-the-art technologies including e-commerce platforms. Our qualified team of experts ensure that our marketing message is heard by all prospective customers on multiple platforms.
Accounting
Khanna Enterprises prides itself in maximizing revenue. This is achieved through our daily corporate internal auditing, development and implementation of control systems, review and approval, as well as functions supervised by our Senior President of Operations. Our meticulous accounting and financial review is a cornerstone in increasing our profitability.
