Ravi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law from the University of Manchester in England and beyond his professional commitments, he enjoys sports, travel, and music.

Rajesh Khanna is the Chief Financial Officer of Khanna Enterprises (KE), where he is responsible for achieving the company’s financial goals through strategic planning and reporting, financing arrangements, banking relationships, and cash management. He also holds ultimate accountability for the P&L performance across KE’s portfolio. Rajesh has built his career in finance and operations across both corporate and field roles, bringing strong financial and operational expertise to KE’s leadership team.He holds a Bachelor of Science in PPE (Philosophy, Politics & Economics) from the University of Nottingham in England. Outside of work, Rajesh enjoys watching sports, wine tasting, and music.

Ashwin Khanna is the Chief Operating Officer of Khanna Enterprises (KE), where he oversees the company’s portfolio. His responsibilities include budgeting, financial review, brand compliance, guest service experience, and employee development and management. Ashwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Manchester in England. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending time with his sons.

Josh Friedman serves as Vice President of Hotel Development at Khanna Enterprises (KE), bringing more than 37 years of hospitality industry experience. Since joining KE in 2005, he has led brand transitions, major renovations, and design initiatives that enhance guest experience, uphold brand standards, and strengthen long-term asset value. Prior to KE, Josh built his career with leading lodging brands including Sheraton, Westin, Marriott, St. Regis, and W Hotels. He is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business and, outside of work, enjoys cooking, gardening, and supporting the Houston Astros.

Rod Hurt brings more than 40 years of hotel operations experience to Khanna Enterprises (KE). He has held leadership roles with Marriott, Hilton, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hyatt, Radisson, Choice, and independent hotels. Rod first joined KE in 2013 as General Manager of the Radisson Suites Buena Park, returned in 2017 to oversee the Delta Garden Grove, and in 2024 rejoined the company in his current role. He also serves as a part-time instructor in the Hotel, Travel & Tourism Department at Orange Coast College. Outside of work, Rod oversees a Special Needs Little League program in South Orange County and enjoys golf, concerts, and hiking.

Aron Khanna serves as a Financial Support Analyst at Khanna Enterprises (KE). He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master’s in Accountancy & Taxation from Wake Forest University. Prior to joining KE in 2025, Aron worked at PwC as a Tax Analyst in New York City, where he developed expertise in tax strategy and compliance for diverse client portfolios. His strong technical background and analytical skills support KE’s financial planning and reporting functions. In his free time, Aron enjoys watching sports and skiing.

Shivan Khanna serves as an Operations Support Analyst at Khanna Enterprises (KE), where he assists with day-to-day operational oversight, data analysis, and process improvements that enhance efficiency across the company’s portfolio. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and joined KE in 2024. Outside of work, Shivan enjoys staying active, particularly through golf and running.

James Ouano serves as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for Khanna Enterprises (KE). Since beginning his hospitality career in Las Vegas in 2011, he has gained experience across front desk operations, accounting, and hotel management before joining KE in 2018. He holds a degree from California State University, Northridge, and enjoys traveling in his free time.

Justin Witte joined Khanna Enterprises (KE) following a decade of experience in property and condominium management with PNC in San Francisco, where he developed a strong background in accounting, budgeting, and financial oversight. He holds an Associate’s degree in Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, a combination that informs his analytical and logical approach to financial management. In addition to his work with KE, Justin is active in community service, volunteering his time to support rehabilitation and recovery programs.

Manita Tamang brings diverse experience as an Accountant and HR Coordinator across the banking, restaurant, and staffing and recruiting industries before joining Khanna Enterprises (KE). She holds an MBA from the University of Findlay in Ohio, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial and organizational management. Outside of work, Manita enjoys dancing and exploring podcasts.

Jackie Keith brings several years of experience in hospitality, having worked with leading brands such as Marriott, Burke Williams, and Massage Envy before joining Khanna Enterprises (KE). She is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management with a focus on Human Resources, further strengthening her expertise in operations and people management. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jackie enjoys tabletop gaming, music, and art.

Marco Rayo has over four years of combined experience in education solutions and hospitality. Before joining Khanna Enterprises (KE), he spent three years with Elevation Education Solutions as a developer and success coach. Since joining KE, he has served as a Corporate Account Manager, focusing on revenue reporting and administrative operations. Marco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from California State University, Fullerton. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and going to the gym.

Ed Mendoza has been a dedicated member of Khanna Enterprises (KE) since 2004, when he began his career as a relief night auditor. Over the years, he has grown into a seasoned hospitality professional, contributing to KE’s continued success across multiple facets of the business. He studied Business Administration at Orange Coast College, earning certifications in Information Technology and Accounting, which provide a strong foundation for his operational and financial expertise. Outside of his professional role, Ed has a passion for American muscle cars and enjoys sports, particularly soccer and football, as well as supporting his children at their club soccer matches.

Jimmy Pham serves as an IT Support Specialist at Khanna Enterprises (KE). He brings a background in both technology and healthcare, having previously worked as a Pharmacy Technician before transitioning into IT. Jimmy studied at California State University, Fullerton, and outside of work enjoys hiking, exercising, video games, and personal projects.

Priscilla has over twelve years of experience in accounting, payroll, and operations management. She began her career at the Sheraton Agoura Hills, later serving as Property Manager before stepping into her current role as Corporate Accounting Manager. Priscilla oversees accounting, HR, payroll, and vendor relations across all hotels. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, exploring new places, and spending time with her daughter.

Roxanna currently serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources, overseeing both San Diego hotels. She began her career with Khanna Enterprises in 2016 as an Accounting Assistant and has since advanced through several roles within the company. Roxanna holds an associate degree in Business Administration from Mesa College. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active and spending time at the gym.

Carlos joined Khanna Hotels in 2020 and has served in his current role as Regional Revenue Manager since 2023. He has been part of the hospitality industry since 2012, bringing over a decade of experience to the team. Carlos holds an associate degree from Allan Hancock College. In his free time, he enjoys reading books and watching their film adaptations.
